Yue Li est professeur agrégé à l’École d’informatique de l’Université McGill. Ses recherches se concentrent sur le développement d’approches d’apprentissage automatique dans les domaines des soins de santé et de la génomique fonctionnelle. Il élabore notamment des modèles d’apprentissage probabiliste et génératif profond pour favoriser la mise en place de registres électroniques de santé génétique et épigénétique, ainsi que des données d’imagerie médicale de populations hétérogènes.
