Eva Portelance

I’m a postdoctoral fellow working with professors Timothy J. O’Donnell and Siva Reddy. I completed my Ph.D. in computational/cognitive linguistics at Stanford University, where I was co-advised by Dan Jurafsky and Mike C. Frank. My research intersects computational modeling in AI and language acquisition in cognitive science. I am interested in understanding how both humans and machines learn to understand language and reason about complex problems.
