A group of researchers during a workshop round table

The 3rd session of the Community of Practice will take the form of a closed-circle workshop, gathering leaders, experts, and practitioners in AI governance. The objective is to create a neutral and confidential space to break professional isolation and allow for an authentic sharing of real challenges.

Here, we move from theory to concrete application. Together, we will explore the gray areas related to regulation, ethics, and technical operations. The "workshop" format will facilitate horizontal exchanges where collective intelligence is mobilized to build a more agile, human, and resilient governance.

Session Agenda

The session will begin with flash presentations by our speakers. Participants will then be invited to interact and exchange on a topic of their choice, structured according to four axes of AI governance. A return to a plenary session will conclude the session.

  1. Research perspective
The challenge of evaluation: How to develop evaluation protocols subtle enough to prevent autonomous AIs from detecting tests and biasing their behavior?
  2. Organizational perspective
Use case: How to create secure spaces to test agentic AI without compromising safety and compliance?
  3. Human perspective
The transformation of roles: How to support employees in becoming supervisors capable of ensuring human control and safety in the face of autonomous agents?
  4. Regulatory perspective
Implication for public policies: How to adapt our public policies to clarify legal responsibility in the face of the growing autonomy and interaction of AI agents?
