Drawing on Mila’s own AI enablement journey as a practical case study, this course explores what it takes to move from AI strategy and responsible AI principles to meaningful, sustainable adoption. Through real-world examples, practical tools, and implementation lessons, participants will explore how organizations can assess readiness, establish governance, equip and support teams, foster responsible experimentation, and measure and sustain adoption.
