The goal of this edition is to explore the opportunities, security, experimentation, and deployment of AI agents by connecting academic researchers, industry experts, and practitioners. How can we collectively develop, govern, and deploy high-performing, reliable, and secure agentic systems?

This event will take place in two parts to foster both intimate round table discussions and expert presentations open to a wider audience.

Part One — Interactive Roundtables

Each table brings together a small group accompanied by an applied research facilitator for note-taking and needs identification:

  • Training and Upskilling : How to train teams on agentic AI? Which roles (business, dev, security, management) need to understand what to build a common culture before deployment?
  • Agentic R&D and Experimentation : The role of test environments: prototyping, idea validation, and measuring value before scaling (distinguishing sandbox from production).
  • Agents in Production : Mature use cases (customer support, procurement) and a focus on guardrails to govern an agent operating in the real world.
  • Internal Agentic AI (Tooling) : Automation, internal tooling, and productivity gains at the service of teams (the safest learning ground).
  • Cybersecurity, Data Access, and Trustworthiness : Access management, data protection, and building trust in autonomous systems.
  • Testimonials — Successes and Lessons Learned : Concrete feedback, pitfalls, surprises, and best practices to keep in mind.
  • Agentic Software Development Flow : No-code development, code review, and adapted workflows.

Part Two — Global Presentation, Expert Panel & Networking

The second part features an expert presentation on AI agents, followed by a panel exploring their concrete integration in professional and academic environments. This discussion will articulate the challenges and needs identified during the preceding interactive roundtables.
