Catherine Rousseau-Saine
Biography
Catherine Rousseau-Saine currently leads strategic initiatives for the President and CEO of Mila – Quebec Artificial Intelligence Institute.
Prior to this, she spent three years building Mila’s partnerships and strategic capabilities. She led the design of Mila’s first strategic plan and advised clients in a range of industries on strategic planning and cultural transformation.
She has held various business roles at innovative organizations, including in the strategy and business development team at Cirque du Soleil, and as operations director for Cycle Momentum, a climate tech startup accelerator. She was also a lawyer at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP (Quebec Bar, 2013).
She is a graduate of McGill University (BCL/JD, Honours BA), where she currently teaches a course on one of her passions, negotiation strategies. She has also been a mentor for various startup accelerators, and a volunteer at Fondation Dr Julien for the past twenty years.
