Biography
Carine McCrae Boily has more than fifteen years’ experience in managing talent and seven years’ experience in managing service teams in fast-growing organizations.
She has worked closely with management teams in a number of innovative organizations to manage their growth and transform their cultures, talent management programs and business processes. Her people-centred, caring leadership and focus on sustainable performance make her an effective mobilizer.
She has a degree in industrial relations from McGill University and is a certified human resources consultant and member of the Ordre des CRHA du Québec. She also holds Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
