Anwesha Bhattacharya

Anwesha is a Ph.D. student at McGill University advised by Dr. Danilo Bzdok. Her primary is focus on analyzing single-cell data in the field of neuroscience. By utilizing machine learning techniques, she hopes to unravel the complexities of the brain and better understand the mechanisms of neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease .

Anwesha obtained her Bachelor’s and Master’s in Aersopace Engineering from IIEST and IISc, Bangalore respectively. She has also worked as a Quantitative Researcher at JP Morgan Chase, Mumbai.
