I’m a Computer Science MSc. student working under Prof. Joelle Pineau (McGill University) and Prof. Audrey Durand (U. Laval), at McGill University. My main project is on the application of machine learning to personalized medicine, involving causal inference on genomic data using deep models and then interpreting them to uncover interactions.  I am mainly interested in applications of ML to real-world data (especially in medicine/healthcare), causal inference, model interpretability, robustness and generalization of ML models, and reinforcement learning. I graduated from McGill with a BEng. in Software in 2016 and worked in Finance as a software developer for 2 years.
