Daehyun Ji (Derek, 지대현)

I’m a Principle Engineer at Samsung Electronics. I received Joint Ph.D & M.S (advised by profs. In Sangchul Won) in Robotics and Control Theory from POSTECH, Korea. I was a Research Master/Principle Researcher in Samsung Advance Institute of Technology (SAIT). I have mainly developed autonomous driving Software at SAIT like Perception, Localization, Path Planning & Control and was leader of the Autonomous Driving Project. Our autonomous driving car using deep learning is driving by itself on the urban road and highway in Korea. I’m most interested in applying deep learning algorithms to solve perception problem for autonomous driving.
